Tuyo Mobile Pointroll Ads

Tuyo Mobile approached DMi Partners, about creating some bilingual Pointroll ads to be run on MSN and Yahoo. Two separate campaigns were conceived: a Worl Cup promotion and a general Tuyo campaign.

Working with a programmer on the World Cup promotion, we developed a randomly-bouncing soccer ball adorned with Tuyo's colors that bounced off of the prizes available via the promotion as well as off of the appropriate areas of a soccer player's body. As a comical sidenote, original versions of the ad would sometimes place the ball directly in front of the player's crotch when it stopped bouncing, which we eventually found a way to prevent.

For the second campaign, which was to hype up Tuyo's phones and services, I made it so that whichever phone/phone plan was moused over the user would see the corresponding information in the expanded view. Another sidenote, we struggled for days with Tuyo's copywriters trying to figure out how to tell Spanish readers how to "roll your mouse here", which apparently is a very long-winded sentence in Spanish since there is no Spanish word for a computer mouse.
